After one week of contacting Oakland police with exact address of the car and no response, finally the theft moved the car to Concord ( thanks God!) which Concord police and ABC towing acted very quickly and recovered the car within couple of hours of receiving the address from Audi Connect. They are very responsive and gave us many good information about the process.

This was a very minor interaction with them but I just called them to see if they had my car that was towed and, while they didn't, the man on the phone took the time to quickly look up who did have it and then gave me their phone number. Totally possible that they are an overall awful place and this dude was just nice or in a benevolent mood, but more often than not the little things are good representatives of the bigger things and if I was in the area and needed a tow I would likely call them first.

After getting in a car accident AJay helped us out the next day. I’m so happy with this towing company I went in the office and the women that was working there explained a couple important things to us due to being our first accident. The whole staff was very friendly. I been to other tow companies before and they are very rude and usually will go through cars and steal but not this company all my belongings where there phone credit cards and many other items!! I appreciate AJAY a lot and the team !! 💯

Will definitely call them if I ever need a tow in the future.

After getting into an accident that involved AAA, Caltrans and ABC Towing, I can say, without a doubt, that ABC was the best of them all. Their driver showed up and did in 15 minutes what it was taking an hour+ for AAA and Caltrans to try to figure out. Afterwards the driver took me to a safe location to wait for my ride and the next day when I arrived to clean out my car, the owners couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
